This basement had an existing waterproofing system that eventually failed. We decided to replace their outdated system with our state-of-the-art interior perimeter system. The system we designed for this basement included our WaterGuard subfloor drainage system, our SuperSump sump pump system, and our BrightWall wall paneling system. The WaterGuard was installed all around the entire perimeter of the basement, ensuring all possible entrances for water leaks are directed to the sump pump. Our SuperSump is able to discharge 2,280 gallons of water per hour. Our BrightWall panels cover all the stained walls and help channel leaks from the walls down into the subfloor drains. The result of this project is a clean, dry, beautiful basement.

We installed a SuperSump Plus in this Winchester, KY, home to ensure water stays away from their foundation. The black battery seen next to the sump pump will turn on in case power outage ensues.

This basement had some mold stains and wet spots that showed up every time it rained. In order to stop the moisture problem, we installed a full perimeter interior waterproofing system, as well as a full CleanSpace moisture barrier installation. 

When installing a full interior perimeter waterproofing system, it's important to have a trench drain near doors leading outside. Stairs outside these doors are prone to ushering water towards your basement floor, and so its important to capture this water with a trench drain before it reaches the basement. This trench drain is connected to WaterGuard drains, which go beneath the floor and up against the basement walls. The drainage system as a whole then leads all the water to a SuperSump sump pump.

When we waterproofed this basement in Williamsburg, KY, the homeowner wanted us to also install our Brightwall panels to cover up their stained block walls. All of our wall products have a vapor barrier backing, and prevent mold growth. This particular wall system, called BrightWall, is our rigid paneling system, and will help channel wall leaks down into the subfloor drains. These wall panels are also extremely sleek and durable.
