The team began by performing a mechanical breaching of the concrete floor slab perimeter to install the WaterGuard® Below-Floor Drain System, positioning the specialized piping profile directly on top of the concrete footing to safely isolate it from sediment-clogging mud zones while capturing weeping moisture.
