Overall, we are very satisfied with the finishing products. Loni was great to work with, and his experience and oversight were the primary reason we were so happy with the finished product.

Rob was our salesperson for this project. There were several frustrating issues up until our engagement with Loni. In measuring the initial project area, Rob's measurements were off and required re-measurements and corrections done by myself. Additionally, there were several cost items Rob had not included in the initial project quote and scope. It would have been very helpful to have Loni included in the initial walk-through with Rob, as Loni could confirm which items or materials would require extra cost. For a project that required a large investment, it was unfortunate that Loni had to be the person to communicate these extra costs, especially after the contract was signed. If Loni is not included in the initial walkthrough meetings, then the sales team should be much more versed in the product and final costs.

Loni and his crew were exceptional and did a fantastic job installing the basement finishing products. Loni's attention to detail and expert craftmanship really went above and beyond. Additionally, part way through the project, him and his team had to correct the sump pump installation done by a separate crew earlier. I cannot sing their praises enough for making this project a success and wonderful addition to our home.
