Pricing was in range with other estimates I received. What swayed me to choose BSI was that Paige, Sales Inspector, brought 2 co-workers out to look at our the crack in the brick façade and porch. He wanted to sell the CORRECT service to solve the problem, not just sell a service. Long story short, the builder had taken a couple of shortcuts that caused a problem with the porch foundation, not the house foundation.
