A homeowner in Mentone, Indiana noticed large exterior foundation cracks forming and they recently starting to get even bigger.  Our Certified Inspector Devon recommended completely replacing the existing block crawl space foundation, because it was beyond repair.  Our Emilio and his crew members Jose, Eliuc, and Marcos rebuilt the block foundation for a permanent solution. 

A homeowner in Fortville, Indiana had concerns about sagging and uneven floors in his home.  Our Foremen Joe and his crew members Mario and Erick installed a total of 12 SmartJacks to stabilize the failing floor joists and lift back to their original level. 

A homeowner in Fortville, Indiana was very concerned about his chimney beginning to pull away from the rest of the foundation.  Our Certified Inspector Casey informed the homeowner that the foundation had settled several inches which was causing the issue with the brick chimney.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Adam, Edwin, Ramon, and Eliuc installed 2 Helical Piers to permanently stabilize the foundation. 

A homeowner in Converse, Indiana was concerned about water intrusion in her basement and one corner of the basement wall that was nearing complete deterioration and collapse.  Our Certified Inspector Devon recommended an interior perimeter drainage system and a sump pump in the basement to keep the area dry.  For the failing foundation wall, Devon recommended a steel wall support system that would prevent the wall from moving any further.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Javier, Jose, and Shane installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system with a SuperSump pump and battery back up.  The EverBrace wall system was installed for permanent stabilization of the wall. 

This homeowner in Lapel, Indiana had some concerns about sagging floors in her home and sagging beams in the crawl space after receiving a home inspection when purchasing the home.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Brian and Kyle installed 13 smart jacks to stabilize the sagging floor joists in the crawl space.
