Homeowner Steve had a nasty crawl space that was struggling with humidity and mold control.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and SilverGlo Wall Insulation, installed a SmartSump Pump, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

A homeowner in Monroeville, Indiana had a nasty crawl space full of rotten insulation that was causing high humidity, mold growth, and wood rot.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson, Juan, and Eleazar installed drainage matting and a smart sump pump to keep the crawl space dry.  SmartJacks were installed to provide stabilization to the rotted floor joists.  

A homeowner in Attica needed crawlspace access improvements and structural repairs beneath their modular home. Our crew led by foreman Isaias installed a new crawlspace door on the existing foundation and added a new entrance on the left side of the deck. They also rebuilt sections of the block wall where it had become loose or damaged. Since the home is a modular build and not fully sitting on the foundation, extra care was taken to stabilize and repair the affected areas for added safety and support.

A homeowner in Gosport was dealing with water intrusion, failing foundation walls, and missing footers—putting the entire structure at risk. Field Inspector Cory recommended a full solution combining structural and waterproofing work.

Foreman Isaias and his crew installed a new 8” footer, rebuilt part of the foundation wall, and reinforced it with the EverBrace wall system. They also added a WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump with battery backup, CleanSpace Wall System panels, and new electrical outlets. Now, the basement is dry, safe, and structurally secure for the long term.

A homeowner in Kokomo, Indiana had a significant horizontal crack in his basement wall that was was getting worse and bowing.  Our Certified Inspector Rob recommended a permanent wall stabilization product to prevent the wall from moving any further.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Jose, Ivan, and Marcos installed Geo-Lock wall earth anchors and PowerBraces.
