A homeowner in Silver Lake, Indiana went down into his crawl space and found that his existing barrier had been ripped in several areas which was no longer helping reduce humidity and moisture levels.  Our Certified Field Inspector Isaac recommended replacing the existing vapor barrier with our patented CleanSpace vapor barrier that is much more durable and less prone to rips or tears.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Javier and Jose completed the installation of this portion of the project in just 1 day.

A homeowner in Claypool, Indiana was concerned about musty smells rising into her home from the crawl space.  Our Certified inspector Sam educated the homeowner on the importance of encapsulating the crawl space to prevent moisture from passing through the dirt floor.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Miguel and Edwin sealed the crawl space ground with CleanSpace vapor barrier and added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.  

This homeowner had a damp crawl space and sagging floors above the floor joists.  Our foreman Jon and his crew used Smart Jacks to stabilize the sagging floors above the crawl space, and also installed a full encapsulation system that includes our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo wall insulation.

Homeowner Martin needed his crawl space encapsulated and contacted Basement Systems of Indiana for the job.  Our Production Manager Devon led a crew in encapsulating the crawl space with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, installing a SmartSump Pump, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
