- An interior lintel repair was completed to reinforce a compromised structural area

- Electrical outlets were added as needed to support the waterproofing equipment
- The team installed 713 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation to seal out ground moisture and outside air
- Rim joist insulation was added to improve energy efficiency
- A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to maintain healthy humidity levels year-round
