Homeowner Julie had sagging floors in her home and a wet, damp crawl space.  Our Foreman Nolan and his crew installed the SmartJack Support Beam System in the crawl space to stabilize the sagging floors and encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to prevent moisture from passing through the ground.

Foreman Isaias and his crew installed EverLast Wall Restoration Panels to replace the damaged sections—offering a clean, bright look with built-in moisture resistance. To complete the transformation, they installed Elite Plank Flooring in Dark Walnut, giving the space a warm, finished feel while maintaining durability in a basement environment.

In Carmel, a homeowner was ready to upgrade their basement from a basic, unfinished space to a clean, polished area that felt like the rest of their home. Led by Foreman Harrison, the team installed a wall paneling sstem and Basement to Beautiful Panels along the walls to provide insulation, a clean finished look, and protection from potential basement moisture. The walls were then paired with Elite Plank Flooring in Dark Walnut, giving the space a rich, modern aesthetic. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier with a duct kit was also added to help control humidity and maintain air quality—key to preserving the integrity of the new finishes. With electrical outlets installed to support the finishing system, the basement was transformed into a cozy, usable part of the home
