We have a really bad sinking issue in our rental house attached 3 car garage. There is about a 1" gap where the sunken cracked part meets the unsunken part. It's sunk in almost toward the center between the 2nd and 3rd garage (where no car parks) it is cracked in several places. There is a table up against the wall where it leans at a 30 degree angle now if this helps as an indication. What is the usual procedure?
