If I may start in line of exposure, please consider the following: * Brian---a true professional, who took the time to thoroughly examine our basement problems, both from a structural and a waterproofing standpoint. In great detail, he explained both potential causes and solutions to our conditions, which were dire, to say the least. During the course of diagnosing, planning,and implementing, Brian's help was exemplary---even to the point of calming me down on a Sunday evening, after I called him and disturbed his weekend, with what I'm sure to him was a minor solution to what I felt was earth shattering problem. Brian, a "great" Wood's representative. * Office staff---cordial, professional and a pleasure to do a business with. * Melvin ( waterproofing supervisor )---what can I say, other than he knows his job, and proves it from the minute he arrives on the site until the minute he leaves. *Jeff (foundation supervisor )---ditto to the above gentlemen, as well as Jeff taking considerable time with me on handling unforeseen structural questions and solve a very tight timing problem. * Site crew---friendly, courteous and extremely hardworking. Rick, when your people left the site, the housekeeping and ground repair was truly unbelievable. Please pass on to your staff, our heartfelt appreciation for making a potentially traumatic experience into one which left us feeling comfortable about not ever having to worry regarding the structure and waterproofing of or foundation.
