Testimonials (Customer Reviews) for Woods Basement Systems

I think that the crew was a couple of "hard working dudes". I want to let the manager know how great of a job they did. I have had a lot of work done in the past and I am very pleased.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done at my home. I thought that the office staff was very friendly and helpful. The salesman did a very good job presenting what needed to be done and he was helpful.

I chose Woods Basement Systems because of the quality of work and the modern technology. Woods did excellent work, there are no more water leaks. The installation crew that came out was very professional, also the saleman and his presentation were very thourogh.

I know that the sump pump will perform as needed, and drain properly after you service my system! You have qualified people and therefore your service is in the "TOP GRADE" -- Thanks for keeping it that way!

I appreciated Allen calling letting us know he would be on time for our appointment and I do not mean from 2 to 4 PM... he was here a little before 2 PM.
