A basement in Saint Louis, Missouri, was starting to show indications of a failing foundation. Cracks had started appearing on the walls, rightfully concerning the homeowners. Woods came out and addressed the issue by installing supports called the GeoLock Wall  Anchor System. Heavy-duty steel anchors are buried some ways away from the home and connected to the home using steel rods. These rods are then attached to steel wall plates that are placed directly on the wall. As the rods are tightened, they pull the wall back into place. With this installation in place, this home will be stable for many years to come.
