PowerBraces Stabilize Failing Foundation Wall in Imperial, MO

Joe R. of Imperial, Missouri was concerned about the vertical, expanding cracks in his foundation wall. He attempted to fill in the cracks with an epoxi-injection, but the wall continued to move. Geo-Lock Wall Anchor Stabilizes Walls in Imperial, MO

Walls can shift and bow over time. That’s why Steve T called Woods Basement Systems when he noticed his basement walls were bowing. System Design Specialist Jeremy R was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman Jeremy R installed a GeoLock Wall Anchor, shown above, in Steve’s basement. The first part of the system attaches to the wall and the second attaches to stable soil away from the house. This will pull the walls back to where they are supposed to be.

PowerBraces Support Basement Walls in Imperial, MO

Imperial, Missouri homeowner Regina noticed her basement walls changing. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Nolan developed a plan for her. 

Foreman Greg and his crew installed the PowerBrace System for Regina. The PowerBraces are steel I-Beams that are installed by anchoring in the floor and on the Rim Joist. By doing this they can give the wall the extra support it needs to remain straight.

Failing Porch Support Posts Replaced in Imperial, MO

An elevated screened-in patio that is part of a room extension was sagging and shifting due to the failing support post. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. This elevated Grafton, Illinois porch was badly sagging. The porch was about 12 feet off of the ground and, over the years, the posts had begun to fail under the strain of regular use. These adjustable supports are capable of holding 60,000 pounds each, and totally prevent any sagging or movement.
