This basement in Saint Peters, Missouri used to have bowing walls and water seepage. Since Woods installed wall anchors and reopaired the basement wall cracks, the walls are no longer bowing or leaking.

This St. Peters, Missouri home had bowing walls which can lead to wall cracks that allow water to seep into a basement. Woods Basement Systems installed wall anchors to return the walls to their original shape.

The leaking diagonal crack was the proof this St. Peters, Missouri homeowner needed to call a professional in to fix the bowing wall.  They said the two cracks were there from the time they moved in but never leaked, even with all the rain in 2005.  The wall shifted another 1/2 inch since then, so we installed our wall anchoring system to stop it from shifting.

Mike E was concerned about the sinking floors in his basement. So, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Jeremy R was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman Jose L installed a Push Pier, shown above, in Mike’s basement. The Push Pier will be driven into a stable level of soil. The device will support the section of the house that is sinking, and work to raise it back to its original level.
