Homeowner was experiencing smells in their home and called us to check out their crawl space.

Water had been getting in for years and at different times of the year causing those smell to come up and into their home.

We installed a sump pump, CleanSPACE™ liner, and air sealed the rim joist with foam insulation.  Now air from beneath the crawl space can not get up and into the home.

Steven M. of Atwood, Illinois was distraught by his wet crawl space. The water caused mold, which began to damage the floor joists. Greg B., System Design Specialist, designed a solution to keep the crawl space dry and mold-free.

Foreman James L. and his team installed the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that keeps water and mold away from the area. 

A basement half-wall in Clay City, IL was becoming damp, causing mold to appear. The sump system was also not pumping out the water as it should. To solve these issues, Woods installed the WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System. These pipes intercept water at the wall and floor joint of the basement and drain it towards the TripleSafe Sump System, which was also installed to pump the water away from the house. This advanced sump pump system will remain working even if there is no power to the house, thanks to the UltraSump battery backup pumping system. Lastly, a CleanSpace Liner was installed. This will stop water vapor from permeating the walls and drain any leaks that come down to WaterGuard. This basement will remain clean and dry for years to come!
