A crawlspace in Bismarck, Missouri, started having some stability issues that needed addressed. To correct this issue, Woods installed the SmartJack system. This system consists of steel beams that are custom fit and set in galvanized fill to equally distribute the weight of the home. These beams are highly durable and will support the home for decades to come.
Linwood V. of Eureka, Missouri was surprised when he learned his home's crawl space was collecting water. He knew standing water could rotting and mold growth, so he called Woods Basement Systems for assistance.
Design specialist Warren S. assessed the problem and that the installation of a CleanSpace encapsulation system, a SmartDrain, and an EverLast door would fix the problems. Foreman Josh B. then headed to the home to get the job started.
The EverLast door, pictured above, is used as an entrance to the crawl space. It provides an airtight seal and keeps debris and water out of the crawl space.
Linwood V. no longer has to worry about water entering his home's crawl space. He now has a dry and waterproof crawl space.

A crawlspace was not properly insulated in Saint Peters, MO, and moisture was entering it. To solve these issues, SilverGlo Insulation Panels were first installed. This features a radiant barrier infused with graphite, so the heat is reflected into the crawlspace, saving energy. Next, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will completely isolate the crawlspace from the earth, dramatically reducing the humidity level. This will also eliminate mold growth and make the whole house healthier. The white finished side will brighten the crawlspace and allow one to see inside easily. This crawlspace will stay dry and clean for years to come!
This De Soto, Illinois crawl space didn't have any sort of radiant barrier or finishing. Woods Basement Systems installed CleanSpace in order to provide a clean surface for the homeowner to use for storage as well as to prevent moisture buildup in the crawlspace that could lead to mold and mildew, both of which create foul odors.
