A concrete garage floor was sinking in Washington, MO, causing a gap to form between it and the steps leading up to the house. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was first installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. This will seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. It will provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. These systems will improve the safety of the concrete and restore peace of mind for years to come!
A concrete porch in Wright City, Missouri started sinking away from the home's foundation due to moving ground soils. To fix this issue, Woods installed the PolyLevel System. This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly underneath the concrete. As it sets, the concrete is lifted back up to its original position. Thanks to this install, the concrete will remain where it should throughout the life of the home!
Customer, Chris of Union, Missouri, had unleveled pavement in his driveway, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. Upon further inspection, systems design specialist, Ryan K., recommended the installation of PolyLevel.
Foreman, Andrew T. worked on the job. Polylevel is a high-density polyurethane formula or foam that works to permanently lift and stabilize concrete slabs. Small, dime-sized hole are drilled into the pavement and then the polymer is injected into the void. The holes are then covered up with cement and can be used within 15, so there's no unnecessary time to wait for it to settle.
Chris D. can now safely use his driveway.
A sidewalk was sinking in Union, MO, causing the slabs to become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was used. Using high-strength polyurethane foam injected into pea-sized holes underneath the concrete, the slabs were lifted and stabilized. This system will improve the safety of the sidewalk and give the homeowners peace of mind!
A concrete porch in Saint Clair, Missouri, had some displacement that was causing a major trip hazard for the homeowners. Woods came in and addressed this issue with two systems. The first was the PolyLevel System. This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As it sets, the foam lifts the concrete back up to its original position. Next, they installed the NexusPro System. This system is a silicone-based sealant for cracks. It is specially engineered to stay flexible over time and stand up to harsh weather conditions. It has a very quick application and drying time and can last over 20 years. With these installs in place, the porch is now trip hazard free and safe to use for decades to come.
