A sidewalk in Savoy, IL, was sinking and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To begin solving these issues, PolyLevel™ was used to level out the concrete. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete slabs. Next, NexusPro™ was used to seal the seams and cracks within the concrete. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is repaired and in great shape!

A basement in Carmi, IL was having leakage issues, so CleanSpace basement wall system was installed to not only help drain the water down the walls, but to seal out water vapor, preventing further leaking. Additionally, the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system was installed to collect the water leaking along the walls, draining it out of the basement. 

This old, leaky window was replaced with a new one in order to prevent water from entering through the cracks.  The old window had begun to separate from the exterior, and cracks were extending out from the square.  The cracks were sealed, and the new window fit perfectly in the square, keeping the rain out.

After noticing water leaks in her basement, this homeowner reached out to Woods Basement Systems right away for a waterproofing plan. Team Woods installed WaterGuard drains around the perimeter of the basement to collect the water leaks and send them to the sump pump to then be pumped out. In this before and after you can see the condition of the leaky basement before the repair and after with the drains installed with a fresh coat of cement over the top. 

Before this basement had no means of protection against water leaks. Thanks to Woods Basement Systems' head foreman, Brett J., a WaterGuard drainage system was installed into the flooring. WaterGuard is used to stop water leaks where they leak in and direct them towards the home's sump pump.
