Our foreman Melvin Foster and his team installed the perfect solution for her home. Patented products such as WaterGuard, IceGuard and TripleSafe kept the basement dry.

Water was leaking down the walls of a basement in Saint Peter, IL, and the sump pump was failing to pump this water out of the house. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!

This St. Elmo, IL basement was water damaged to do the amount of water that would regularly accumulate into the basement.
