A basement in Germantown, Illinois, had some waterproofing issues that needed to be addressed. While the owners did have a sump pump from a previous installation, they had water seepage coming in through the window that wasn't making it to the sump to be removed. Woods came out and installed new french drains to collect this water and guide it to the sump pump. The WaterGuard is a specially designed tube system that sits in the floor as to avoid clogging from dirt or debris. It collects the water and directs it to the nearby sump pump to be removed. With this install in place, this basement will stay dry for years to come!

Jan G. or Sorento, Illinois had a leak in her basement, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Nolan M. suggested installing a Twin Pack sump pump and WaterGuard.

Foreman, Mason S. installed the products. The Twin Pack pump includes two stainless steel pumps that work to protect your home against floods and leaks. WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system used to collect water that has seeped through the basement walls. It then guides that water to the sump pump to fully remove it from the home.

A crawlspace in Sorento, IL, was unstable and in need of structural support. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, SmartJack™ was installed. This system will help support and distribute the weight of the home and can be tightened over time. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their crawlspace is safe to use. 

Previously this home didn't have a sump pump, but with the help of Team Woods, this home now has an UltraSump sump pump. This sump pump will pump out pesky water leaks instead of allowing them to accumulate inside and create water damage. 

This homeowner had an old and open sump pump that wasn't performing very well, not to mention it didn't have a lid on it.  Therefore, debris and insects could have easily fallen in and then clogged up the pump.  This homeowner upgraded with a Triple Safe Sump Pump.  This means they gained triple the pumps to make sure the basement stays dry and a screwed tight lid to make sure nothing can get inside.
