A foundation was cracking in Saint Louis, MO, and water was leaking out of them and pooling onto the floor. To solve these issues, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was first installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. Lastly, GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed. These will permanently stabilize the foundation wall, straightening it to its original position and keeping it in place. The cracks will also be closed so that no water can leak through. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry, clean, and stable for years to come!

To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting the concrete slabs up to level them out. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps in between the concrete slabs. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!
