Before, this St. Louis basement experienced water damage due to continuous water leaks that would seep inside. To solve this issue, Team Woods prevented leaks from leaking inside and creating damage by installing a WaterGuard drainage system on the perimeter along with a CleanSpace encapsulation system over the walls. 

Water was leaking in a basement in Saint Louis, MO, so the WaterGuard System was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that separates it from the soil under the floor so it will never clog.
