Lifting and Leveling a Sinking Driveway in Ballwin, MO

The slabs of a concrete driveway were sinking in Ballwin, MO, causing them to become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was first installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. This will seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. It will provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. These systems will improve the safety of the concrete and restore peace of mind for years to come!

Tom and Debbie of Doe Run, MO noticed some of their concrete steps were uneven and were cracking. They wanted to prevent further cracking and damage, so they called Woods Basement Systems. Once it was concluded that their concrete steps needed PolyLEVEL injection, Woods Basement Systems sent their foremen, Joshua B. to inject PolyLEVEL.

After penny-sized holes were drilled into selected concrete slabs, Joshua worked to inject PolyLEVEL under the slabs. The entire process took a little over an hour to complete, and Tom and Debbie were extremely satisfied with the results.
