Edmond K. of St. Louis, Missouri wanted a sump pump installed in the basement of his home, due to concern about water leakage. Before he called Woods Basement Systems, Edmond did not have any kind of waterproofing agents in his basement. Worried about the upcoming spring whether, he had our foremen Clay Laister and his team come out to help waterproof his basement.

Clay and his team installed a UltraSump sump pump system at the lowest point of the basement, therefore, when rain was to enter the basement it would head straight to the pump. Once the water is in the pump, it is sent up and out of the basement far away from the foundation walls. With the UltraSump, the pump will kick in when the power goes out. Now Edmond can have peace of mind during a storm or bad whether.

A sump pump was leaking water onto the floor of a basement in Olivette, MO, causing issues. To fix this, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed. This system assures protection from common problems with an ordinary pump. It can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a secondary pump included inside that will help eliminate the water if the first pump is unable to keep up with the amount of water that is entering it. It also features a removable airtight lid, which reduces noise, prevents objects from falling in, and keeps moisture, insects, and odor from coming out of the sump. This basement will now remain dry and clean and restore peace of mind for years to come!

Water was leaking from basement windows in Olivette, MO, and pooling onto the floor. To solve this issue, the WellDuct System was first installed. This is a channel placed on the inside of the basement below the window that will carry water from the leaking windows to the WaterGuard Drainage System. This drainage system is installed adjacent to the home and provides a channel that connects to the sump pump.  Its design will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. Thanks to these systems, this basement will stay dry all the time!

A patio in Saint Louis, MO, was sinking and had large cracks and gaps in the concrete. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the concrete. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps and cracks. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!
