This old sump pump was in desperate need of a replacement. It had become so clogged from dirt and debris that it couldn’t keep up with the amount of incoming water. Woods Basement Systems installed WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump in order to permanently waterproof the basement. The resident now enjoys a dry basement—all the time!

Design specialist Brandon B. assessed the situation and formulated the perfect plan. Foreman Melvin F. then traveled to the home to install a TripleSafe sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system.
The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, is placed above the footing of the basement. After installment, it is covered with concrete. The Waterguard collects any water rising from the ground before it reaches the basement surface. It then drains the water to the sump pump.
Kim B. no longer has to worry about water seeping up through her basement floors. She now has a dry and waterproof basement.
