A sidewalk in O'Fallon, MO, was unleveled and needed to be repaired before potential tripping hazards emerged. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting the concrete slabs up to level them out. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!

To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that entered the basement and direct it to the nearest sump pump. This product will never clog, due to the horizontal design that sits on top of the soil. Next, a sump pump was installed to discharge the water out of the basement. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will remain dry, even during heavy rain.

Carol from O'Fallon, Missouri noticed she had cracks and leaks coming through the walls of her finished basement. Not wanting the problem to continue, she quickly called Woods to provide her with our best water proofing services and products. Carol's goal was to not only repair the current problem, but also prevent it from happening again.
Our crew quickly responded to the challenge and installed our three pump sump pump system with battery back up and our sub-floor drainage system along the walls of the basement. Our sump pump system provides extra assurance in the event of pump back up, with three different pumps that are able to continue moving water. The battery back up system also helps keep the pump powered in the event of an outage. Our drainage system is unobtrusive, built below the floor at the intersection of the wall and floor joints of the basement, allowing potential leaks to be sent directly to the sump pump rather than throughout the basement.
With these water proofing products and systems, Carol can go back to enjoying her finished living space without concerns of water damage.
