A spalling repair treatment we did for @lightingconcepts_hi. We started off by grinding the affected exterior area of the building to remove any loose concrete. Once the building was prepped, we applied Surtreat TPS II and TPS XII to penetrate, strengthen and protect surface. Lastly, our crew patched the spalled areas with high-strength mortar to restore surface and ensure structural intergrity. To finish off this commerical building we applied a UV-resistant primer to further protect the coating. Mahalo to the owners of Lighting Concepts, You're the best! 

A work day in Manoa Valley! We installed 7 smart jacks & 7 cast in place footing. The main concern for this project was an uneven foundation. Our smart jacks provide solid support for sagging and undersized beams as well as restoring stability to floor joists in crawl spaces. 

Carbon Armor was used to repair cracking and crumbling found along this homeowner's garage foundation. 

In anticipation of a home remodel, the customer wanted to stabilize an area of his home.  Concrete posts were removed and replaced with adjustable smart jacks for support and stabilization.

This home had several footngs that had settled. To lift, stabilize and support the home, smart jacks were installed as new footings in these areas.
