Water was leaking into this crawl space whenever it rained. We installed an interior perimeter drainage system, a vapor barrier throughout the space, a sump pump system, and a dehumidifier in order to resolve the problem. 

This wet, dirty crawl space was causing all kinds of issues for the homeowner. The excessive moisture was making the home more humid and the mold and dust in the crawl space was casing allergy flare ups for those living in the home. In order to fix these problems, Isaiah and his crew encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. Now the homeowner doesn't have to worry about mold growth or moisture in their crawl space!

We sealed the crawl space to prevent air leaks, insulated the walls with SilverGlo Insulation, covered the crawl space floors and walls with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and conditioned the air using a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to resolve this moisture issue.
