This crawl space needed an encapsulation due to high moisture levels. This moisture was causing humidity in the crawl space and also in the home. It also created the perfect environment for mold to start growing. We went in and removed all the mold and debris in the crawl space and then encapsulated by using CleanSpace. Also the vents were sealed and we installed an EverLast Door to ensure an airtight seal. SmartJacks had to be installed to support the foundation where the moisture had weakened it. The finishing touch was putting in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control relative humidity and filter the air. 

To protect this customer's home against water intrusion, we installed an interior perimeter drainage system with a TripleSafe Sump Pump.
