This customer was having problems with the concrete around his home. He was noticing cracks and areas where it was unlevel. This can cause issues for the homeowner because the concrete surrounding a home is helping to stabilize the foundation of the home, and if the concrete takes too much damage it can begin to decrease the structural integrity of the foundation of the home. Concrete will crack naturally during contraction and expansion as the seasons change. However, here at Atlanta Basement Systems the NexusPro Crack Repair that we use ensures that this will not happen. For this customer we also used PolyLevel, which is a structural grade foam made up of polymers and it helps to lift and level the concrete to the desired height. It is installed into small holes that are drilled into the concrete. The NexusPro is a silicone based sealant that will not ruin during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. This customer was left pleased with the results, and will not have to worry about the structural integrity again.

Before summer got started, this homeowner wanted to fix up his cracked concrete pool deck. He didn't like the appearance of it and the cracks were a major tripping hazard. In the before photo, notice the cracked and unlevel driveway our Monticello homeowner faced, leading to safety concerns and aesthetic issues. The PolyLevel® system stabilized, lifted, and leveled the concrete using high-strength polyurethane foam, solving the unevenness effectively. We then applied NexusPro® Joint Sealant to close the cracks, preventing water infiltration that might further damage the structure. This approach ensured our client's driveway is durable and smooth, living up to the standards of concrete slab repair.

This customer was having leveling issues in his garage, and so he made the right decision and gave us a call. He was able to schedule a free appointment to inspect the issues and he was having, and they were able to determine that we were going ot be able to fix his issues. We sent our crew out and they were able to repair his unlevel garage with PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a high-density, lightweight foam, made up of structural grade polymers that is able to lift and level the concrete. This is inserted through pea size holes that are drilled in the concrete and it expands while creating a water and wash out proof barrier. The PolyLevel installation was able to fix this customers unlevel garage, and he was pleased with the results.
