The SaniDry Sedona is a powerful yet compact dehumidifier we installed to keep this crawl space dry and free from mold and mildew. 

This home in Seabrook, SC had basement seepage. Water was coming in along the base of the walls and wetting the floor. Our team installed the WaterGuard Perimeter Waterproofing System and CleanSpace® Wall Vapor Barrier to collect and drain the water, then that water drains into a sump pump, in which the water is pumped out and away from the home, leaving the basement dry all the time, even during heavy rain!

This Beaufort, SC homeowner was concerned about his crawl space when he noticed standing water underneath his home after heavy rains. He called Lowcountry Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection of the area.

We waterproofed the crawl space with some drainage matting to help with the flow of water to the SmartSump system we installed, which are designed to evacuate any water from the crawl space. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona which is a dehumidifier that maintains the relative humidity in the crawl space to prevent moisture and microbial growth.

After four days of installation the crawl space was waterproofed, and the homeowner was very happy with the results! 

A Beaufort, SC homeowner contacted our office with concerns of a water intrusion issue they were having in the lower level of their home. After our team inspected the space, it was decided to install our WaterGuard Drainage system paired with a SmartSump Pump and half the block wall sealed off with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. 

The WaterGuard system is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor to collect water that seeps in through the walls or floor. It channels this water to the SmartSump Pump system, which efficiently pumps it out and away from the home. The Half Wall CleanSpace system is applied to the lower half of the block walls, creating a barrier that prevents moisture from entering while also directing any wall leaks into the WaterGuard system. Together, these systems work seamlessly to manage water intrusion, keep the area dry, and protect the home from potential water damage.
