Moisture and humidity in this customers crawl space caused a slew of issues. As part of our encapsulation process, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate moisture, musty odors, and mold spores from the air. This ensure a dry, healthy space.  

We installed an exterior discharge line with a sump system to ensure water is directed away from the customer's foundation. This helps prevent potential water damage, such as foundation cracks or basement flooding, by keeping the area around the foundation dry and stable.

A Rincon, GA homeowner contacted our office regarding humidity issues in their crawl space. After inspecting the area, we recommended sealing the space with a CleanSpace vapor barrier and installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The CleanSpace barrier prevents moisture from entering the crawl space, while the SaniDry Sedona reduces humidity, prevents mold growth, and improves air quality, ensuring a healthier and more comfortable space and overall home environment.
