The LawnScape Outlet is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning, minimizing maintenance for your home.

This business owner has had a constant problem of water pooling at the base of their foundation. As you can see, due to there being no gutters installed on the building and no where for the water to be redirected away from the foundation. We installed a perimeter exterior drainage system along the foundation to catch and redirect any water that may cause harm long-term and to a discharge outlet a distance away. 

Wood can be still structurally intact but lose it's strength and integrity over time. Joist sistering and reinforcement  is sometimes needed to give the joist their integrity back. 

Rot and high moisture levels damaged the subfloor in this customer's crawl space. To replace the subfloor with new lumber, the buckling and swollen laminate floor above had to be removed. The damaged subfloor was removed and replaced with new lumber. 

We installed a SmartSump Pump in this wet crawl space to effectively manage water and prevent further moisture issues. It’s designed to keep the area dry, reduce the risk of mold, and protect the home’s foundation.
