This home in Macon, GA built on a hill had water seeping in through the block walls, flooding the space under the home - causing damage to stored items. Our team installed a waterproofing drainage system to direct the water to a powerful sump pump to be removed.

This customer had concerns about their subfloor sinking in the Jack & Jill bathroom. Further investigation by our team discovered the floor joists were rotting, wet, and had mold growth. We removed the floor, replaced & sistered the joists below and installed new subfloor.
