He was concerned about the foundation, so he scheduled an appointment with an inspector to receive a free estimate for encapsulation. 

Lowcountry Foundation Repair's inspector thoroughly inspected the building's crawl space and suggested that the owner encapsulate it with CleanSpace, a seven-layer reinforced polyethylene that isolates the home from the earth and reduces humidity levels.
