To permanently address the issue, our team installed helical piers deep into stable load-bearing soil beneath the foundation. These engineered steel piers are designed to bypass weak surface soils and provide long-term stabilization, helping lift and support the affected area.

After installation, the area was carefully backfilled and restored, leaving the home with a secure foundation and improved structural integrity. This solution not only prevents further settlement but also protects the home’s value for years to come.
