Our team was called out to Palm Coast after the homeowner noticed signs of foundation settling small cracks along the exterior wall and areas where the soil was pulling away from the home. After inspecting the property, we installed helical piers along the affected side to provide deep, stable support beneath the structure.

These photos show the early stages of excavation and the exposed footing where the piers were placed. Once installed, the system quietly supports the home from below without major disruption to the yard.
