This crawl space was showing clear signs of structural and moisture-related problems, including sagging floor joists, weakened support beams, exposed soil, and high humidity levels. The lack of a proper vapor barrier allowed ground moisture to rise into the crawl space, creating the perfect environment for wood rot, mold growth, and structural instability.

To restore both stability and protection, our team installed a SmartJack support system to lift and stabilize the sagging floors above. These adjustable steel supports provide long-term structural reinforcement and help prevent further settling.

This troubled crawl space was rotten and cracked, causing the existing support columns to lose their strength and stability. The foundational failure was visible via the interior wall cracks and sagging floors - issues that no one wants to deal with! We permanently stabilized and leveled these sagging floors by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. These fully-adjustable steel piers immediately stop settlement in its tracks and lift the floors above back to their original position.

 In this Jacksonville home, uneven pavers and small gaps along the base of the wall revealed that the foundation was beginning to settle. To protect the home from further shifting, we carefully lifted and removed the pavers, then excavated the area to reach the footing. A durable helical pier was installed to anchor the foundation deep into stable soil, providing long-term support and peace of mind. Once secured, we backfilled the area and reset the pavers, leaving the space looking just as good as it is strong.
