This formerly wet and humid crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Made from an ultra-durable polyethylene, once CleanSpace is installed it seals the crawl space and provides long-lasting and reliable protection from moisture, humidity, and cold drafts. 

After repairing and encapsulating the inside of this crawl space, we installed the indestructible EverLast crawl space door. Its airtight and watertight design prevents moisture, humidity, critters, insects, and cold drafts from penetrating past the crawl space entrance. 

This wet and musty crawl space environment had caused the floor joists of the home to weaken, producing bouncy floors, sticking doors, and windows that wouldn't close. We permanently stabilized the floors by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. Then, we encapsulated the area with our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier, ensuring that moisture wouldn't be an issue for this crawl space again!

To prevent groundwater from stagnating, our team installed our CleanSpace Drainage Matting throughout the crawl space floor. CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was fastened over the matting to ensure moisture doesn't seep into the space. 

Moisture from the dirt crawl space floor was damaging the floor joists above. To seal the space and prevent moisture from leaking through, our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed over the dirt floor.
