This formerly wet and humid crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. Suitable for both floors and walls, once installed it provides the ultimate protection against moisture and humidity. 

This Macclenny, FL home was experiencing sagging and uneven floors due to weakened crawl space support. Over time, settling soil and insufficient structural support caused the floor system above to dip, creating noticeable instability.

Our team installed a SmartJack support system to restore strength and stability beneath the home. These adjustable steel posts are designed to lift and support sagging floor joists while distributing weight evenly across a secure base. The crawl space was also carefully sealed around the installation to protect against moisture and maintain long-term performance.
