From the time I made my first phone call to LRE Foundation Repair for an estimate and spoke to Sarah, to the last call I made this morning to Cassidy, I've had nothing but “OUTSTANDING” service! TJ came out to my house for an estimate, and was professional, thorough, explained very clearly the work to be done, and he went out of his way to provide assistance. When the crew came to my house, my crew supervisor, Omar, did an excellent job of explaining what they were going to do, expedited the job with a team that worked harder than any crew I've ever dealt with, and then cleaned up as if no one had ever been on my property. I spoke with several other employees in the office over the last couple of weeks, including Fay and Victoria, both whom represented LRE Foundation well. They were really respectful of my property and Carlos was fantastic. I've had so many contractors on my property and Carlos was by far the most attentive, respectful, and communicative crew leaders I've dealt with. Gave me a lot of comfort that they weren't breaking my house or cutting corners. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with our experience with this crew. We felt like Ross, the person who gave us the quote, was honest about the scope of work. He was very nice and walked us through everything so we felt comfort in his expertise but also that he wasn't trying to push unnecessary work on us.
