An LRE Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection of the homeowner's crawl space to assess its condition and develop a comprehensive solution for preventing future moisture damage.

The floors inside the home had developed a noticeable slope, with visible gaps forming between the flooring and the adjacent walls.

The original block piers in the crawl space have settled into the soil below, resulting in inadequate support for the floor joists above.

The block piers originally supporting the floor joists in the home's crawl space showed signs of deterioration, leading to a lack of stable support.

The homeowner grew concerned about structural issues in their crawl space after noticing gaps forming between the floors and the adjacent walls inside their home.

During the inspection of the crawl space by the LRE Design Specialist, it was discovered that the original block piers in the crawl space had settled, creating a lack of efficient support for the floor joists above.

Upon inspection by the LRE Design Specialist, it was discovered that the homeowner's crawl space lacked a proper system to regulate and prevent moisture accumulation, leading to a very damp environment prone to mold development.
