LRE carefully drills holes spaced apart on the pool deck and places markers where all materials will be pumped below the surface.
Faulty downspouts are a common cause of erosion around Florida homes. The sandy soils mixed with heavy downpours make erosion-prone homes settle over time.
The cracks to this pool deck were causing damage to the tiles and tripping hazards all around. This homeowner called LRE Foundation Repair to figure out the solution to his growing problem.
Soil erosion beneath the homeowner's walkway has led to cracking and settling of the concrete, resulting in an uneven surface.
This homeowner wanted the voids filled under his sidewalk as well as having it releveled and sealed for added protection.
One of the major impacts of the damage inflicted by the sinkhole that ravaged the home was the noticeable separation of the walls from the ceiling above.
Over time, the homeowner's driveway has developed increasingly severe cracks and settled, not only becoming unsightly but also posing a safety hazard.
Roots from a nearby tree had made their way underneath the driveway and pushed up on the concrete, causing the slabs to heave a crack.
