A section of Susan’s concrete walkway in Lithia, Florida, had settled into the ground, becoming uneven with the adjacent slabs and creating a notable tripping hazard. She needed to get this issue fixed before anybody could get hurt, so she called us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free inspection. Our Design Specialist visited Susan’s home and after examining the concrete, they recommended our Two-Part Concrete Protection system to fully repair the walkway. First, our team injected PolyLevel directly underneath the settled slabs to lift them to their original level and create an even, smooth surface. Next, the joints separating each slab were filled with NexusPro to prevent them from cracking and allowing water to intrude underneath the concrete. Following the completion of the work, Susan was delighted to see the trip hazards were completely removed, and her walkway was now level and permanently stabilized.
