Concrete Floor Lifted in Englewood, FL

Eugene and Pam W. had owned their home in Englewood, Florida for many years and wanted to start renovations. They knew they needed to address the home's sinking concrete slabs before they could begin, so they decided to call LRE Foundation Repair for help. LRE inspected the home inside and out, and designed a plan that would fix the sunken concrete due to shifting, loose soil conditions. LRE used PolyLevel, an injectable and expanding polymer foam material that flows into the voids between loose soils particles, expanding to about 15 times its initial volume. This product was able to lift the concrete slab areas around the home, closing gaps and cracks. Once complete, these homeowners were pleasantly surprised at the results and excited to get to work on renovations.

French Drain System in Auburndale, FL

Kathy and Makaela S. were experiencing ongoing moisture intrusion on the back patio of their Auburndale, Florida home, which eventually led to mold growth along the baseboards. Concerned about the impact on their home and foundation, they contacted LRE Foundation Repair for a professional assessment. After a thorough inspection, LRE identified soil settlement and washed-out soils as the primary causes of the drainage failure. To address these issues, the team designed a customized drainage repair solution focused on long-term moisture control and foundation protection. The system included an EZ-Flow French drain to capture and redirect groundwater away from the patio, along with a sump pump installation to efficiently collect and discharge excess water to a safe location in the yard. This integrated subsurface drainage system works together to prevent water buildup and intrusion, all while remaining buried for a clean, unobtrusive appearance. With proper drainage and water management restored, Kathy and Makaela can now enjoy a dry patio and peace of mind knowing their home is protected.

New Yard Drainage Solution in Apopka, FL

Harold from Apopka, FL, reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for help installing an effective yard drainage system to divert rainwater away from his home and protect his foundation. After completing a complimentary inspection of Harold’s property, our Design Specialist created a customized plan to install a subsurface drainage system featuring strategically placed catch basins that would collect excess rainwater and redirect it through an underground drainage pipe to a relief drain away from the home.

Once Harold approved the plan, our team began excavating a trench for the drainage pipe and setting the catch basins in place. After the installation was complete, the crew carefully restored the yard using the previously removed sod and added gravel around the catch basins to guide water into the system.

Now, Harold’s home is well-protected from water pooling around the property, providing lasting peace of mind and protection for his foundation.

Closing Wall Crack in North Port, FL

Chris B. had noticed a large crack in his exterior wall, covered with cultured stone, that was growing bigger. Worried about the potential damage, he called LRE Foundation Repair for help. After inspecting the property in North Port, Florida, LRE found that the foundation had moved due to loose and shifting soils. LRE used the PolyLevel system, which involves injecting an expanding polymer foam under the concrete, to stabilize the soils and lift the side of the home back in place. This affordable, durable, and long-lasting solution helped to close the large gap in the wall. The homeowner was amazed by the end result - the crack in his wall was gone!

Concrete Sidewalk Repair in North Port, FL

The property manager of a gas station in North Port, FL, called LRE Foundation Repair after receiving some complaints about the concrete sidewalk cracking and sinking, which resulted in a major tripping hazard. When LRE arrived to inspect the area, there was noticeable soil erosion and voids beneath the sidewalk, leading to the resulting safety issues. Our team was able to provide an effective repair solution by injecting PolyLevel around the building and underneath the sidewalks. This two-part polyurethane material was injected underneath the concrete slabs around the perimeter of the building where needed. Once injected, the material quickly expands to stabilize the underlying soil, filling the voids and lifting the concrete slabs back to their proper, even level. After the completion of the project, the property manager was thrilled that his sidewalks were leveled and safe for his future patrons.
