To prevent further settlement and permanently stabilize the home, our team installed our helical pier system. Each pier was carefully driven deep into the ground beneath the foundation until stable, load-bearing soil layers were reached. Once secured to the foundation’s footer, the weight of the home was transferred to the stronger soil below, allowing our team to carefully lift the foundation back into place.

As a result, the wall cracks were closed, and the foundation is now permanently stabilized. John can now enjoy peace of mind knowing his home is secure, protected from further damage, and ready to withstand future storms.
