James in Bradenton, Florida, knew he needed to have his crawl space inspected after noticing the floors in his home felt increasingly unstable over time. After reaching out to us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduling a free inspection, one of our Design Specialists visited James’s home and carefully examined the crawl space below. The specialist discovered that many of the old block piers supporting the floor joists above had exhibited signs of deterioration and had settled into the soil below. To address this issue, our team installed the SmartJack system, replacing the block piers to provide robust support for the floor joists. James was thrilled with the results, as his home's floors are now fully leveled and permanently stabilized.

Ken L. of Seffner, Florida had concerns about his sinking walkway, which was causing trip hazards around his home. He called LRE Foundation Repair for help. Upon inspection, it was noted that washout and erosion were the cause of the sinking concrete. LRE's concrete repair expert designed a customized solution utilizing PolyLevel to remedy Ken's concerns. Polylevel is designed to permanently raise and level sinking slabs. PolyLevel was injected underneath the concrete to permanently level and stabilize Ken's walkways.  After the job was complete, he was pleased to see his trip hazards were no more. 

Patricia, a member of a condominium association in Sun City Center, Florida, reported to LRE Foundation Repair that cracks had developed throughout the walls of one of the property’s two-unit buildings. One of our expert Design Specialists conducted a thorough inspection and discovered that the underlying soil had settled significantly, leading to instability in the building's foundation.

To address this issue, we developed a comprehensive plan to lift and stabilize the settling foundation using our helical pier system. After presenting this plan to Patricia and the association, our production team carefully installed each pier deep into the soil beneath the building until we reached strong, load-bearing soil. This process successfully transferred the weight of the condominium to the sturdier soils, lifting the foundation back into its proper position and closing the wall cracks.

With the project completed, residents of this condominium can now enjoy peace of mind, knowing their foundation is permanently stabilized.

Ken A. of Brandon, Florida started noticing his concrete walkway sinking and the joints forming larger gaps. He could visibly see a void under one section of his sidewalk and decided he wanted the whole sidewalk repaired before it could get any worse. He called LRE Foundation Repair, who immediately came out to complete the inspection. The sidewalk was located near a boat dock and body of water, and erosion was washing soils away, compromising the concrete's stability. LRE remedied this problem using PolyLevel, an expanding foam material injected underneath the concrete walkway. This material expands to fill voids in the soils below while adding stability. LRE finished the project by sealing and protecting the concrete joints using NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant protects the walkway from any future damage, achieving the goals of this happy homeowner.
