This homeowner is a previous customer of ours. We had originally gone out and installed WaterGuard within their basement, but after further inspection it needed to be redone. They are planning to finish their basement and before they start that project, they want to be 100% certain that the water issues are fixed and will not return. 

What makes this job a little trickier than others are that the builder of the home made the basement too deep for their location. The homeowners know that because of this, water will always get into the basement but want to have a system in place to ensure it does not damage. 

To be certain there would be no further issues, we re-did the WaterGuard, added a TripleSafe Sump Pump and ran a discharge line out and away from the home.

Another happy homeowner in Magnolia, Delaware. They had water coming in around the basement door and their existing sump system could not keep up during a light rain. Bare concrete basement walls can be very porous and hold moisture from groundwater. After adding waterproof walls, a french drain was added to guide water to a nearby sump pump.
