They noticed that the insulation in the crawlspace was also sagging. To protect against future plumbing leaks, we also installed a SmartSump. Additionally, a SaniDry Sedona was set up to maintain humidity levels below 55%.

This crawlspace had previously had a plastic liner installed which is a ineffective way of trying to protect your crawlspace. It can easily be torn and tends to come loose making it ineffective at preventing earth moisture from coming up. CleanSpace is a much better alternative as it is tough as to not tear and it is firmly attached to the floor of your crawlspace.
